Waitress ignored our table after bringing our meal.We were never asked if we needed anything or if the food was okay.
She never offered water, drink refills or dessert. At the time to pay the bill,5 individual orders we notice the tip was already added. After complaining, waitress responded saying that since we were talking to each other, she did not approach our table. Mangager/Owner,advised that she can not take the tip amount off the receipt and that she will instead return it individually as cash back after we pay it.After purposely making us wait for 1 hour to pay.
They tell us that they do not have enough cash in the register and we had to change the bills between ourselves to get our own individual correct change. I can not comprehend that a restaurant at closing time will not be able to give the correct cash back to 5 individual customers.Between the 5 of us it was about $25.
We then checked our receipts and notice they also changed our ticket orders.They charged the amounts to the wrong people.Waitress then gives me an attitude, will not admit their mistake and says it's correct when in reality it isn't.
